Job summary

Amazon is seeking an organized, dynamic Facilities Management expert to support the development of the function in North America, overseeing spend and expanding to Mexico and the rest of the Americas. You will collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and maintenance teams to optimize cost, quality, and performance of hard-soft services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cross-functional experience across tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Leads the expansion of the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) Strategy in North America.
• Technical lead collaborating with procurement to execute contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Communicates with global SMEs to adapt strategies to local regulations.
• Engages with business leaders to deploy IFM initiatives for cost, quality and performance.
• Partners with vendors to develop KPIs, dashboards, and consolidated reporting.
• Analyzes spend across multiple business units to support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborates with Finance, Field teams and Procurement to improve data management and budgeting.
• Defines gap analyses and training programs for successful delivery of FM strategy.
• Represents the team in business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
