Job summary

Amazon is seeking an organized, dynamic, autonomous data driven expert in Facilities Management to support the development of the function in North America, impacting sites in the US and Canada and overseeing spend, with possibilities of expansion to Mexico and the rest of Americas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
• Experience defining program requirements using data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead expansion of the Integrated Facility Management strategy in NA.
• Collaborate with procurement to execute contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with global SMEs to adapt strategies to local regulations.
• Engage with leaders to deploy FM strategies improving cost, quality, performance.
• Develop KPIs, tools and dashboards to report savings, escalations, compliance and risk.
• Analyze spend across business units to inform data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Field teams and Procurement on data management and budgeting.
• Define gap analyses and training programs to support delivery of FM strategy.
• Represent the team in Business Reviews with stakeholders.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
