Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Senior Manager, Identity Platform Engineering to lead the design and delivery of enterprise IAM capabilities across hybrid cloud, SaaS, and on-prem environments. You will shape IAM strategy, drive governance, and mentor a team of engineers to build scalable, automated identity services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Cybersecurity/Engineering.
• 8+ years designing and supporting enterprise IAM solutions.
• 4+ years of people management with direct reports.
• Experience leading IAM, security/platform engineering, cloud, or related teams.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts including lifecycle management and access control models.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and identity federation.
• Experience delivering self-service, API-driven IAM services for developers and operations.
• Automation development using scripting, REST APIs, or workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise IAM capabilities across hybrid cloud, SaaS, and on-prem environments.
• Drive identity lifecycle, governance, and privileged access management initiatives.
• Scale automation and DevOps practices to enable rapid, secure software delivery.
