Job summary

Stellarus seeks a Senior Manager, Identity Platform Engineering to design, engineer, and operate enterprise IAM capabilities across hybrid cloud, SaaS, and on‑prem environments. You will lead security engineering, platform engineering, and DevOps practices to deliver self-service, policy-governed IAM services used by development teams.

This role requires 8+ years in IAM design and 4+ years in people management, with deep RBAC/ABAC, SSO, MFA, and federation knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or equivalent.
8+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IAM solutions.
4+ years of people management with direct reports.
Experience leading IAM, security/platform engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of RBAC/ABAC, policy-based access control, MFA, SSO.

Responsibilities

Design, engineer, and operate enterprise IAM services across hybrid cloud, SaaS, and on‑prem.
Drive Identity Lifecycle Management, Governance, Privileged Access Management, and automation.
Lead cross‑functional teams spanning cloud, security, and software delivery.
Partner with development teams to deliver self‑service, policy‑governed IAM capabilities.
