Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Senior Manager, Identity Platform Engineering to shape and scale IAM capabilities across hybrid cloud, SaaS, on-premises and AI-enabled services. You will design, implement, and operate enterprise identity solutions, guiding teams and championing secure, self-service identity patterns.

This role requires 8+ years in IAM and 4+ years of people leadership, with strong expertise in RBAC/ABAC, SSO, OAuth/OIDC, and automation.

Qualifications

8+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IAM solutions.
4 years of people management experience supervising and coaching direct reports.
Experience leading IAM, security engineering, platform engineering, cloud, infrastructure, or related technical teams.
Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management, Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes.
Knowledge of RBAC/ABAC, policy-based access control, Just-in-Time, least privilege models.
Knowledge of authentication/authorization frameworks: SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM.
Experience integrating IAM into enterprise apps, cloud services, SaaS, and on-prem.
Experience delivering identity as a platform capability with self-service via APIs.

Responsibilities

Design, engineer, and operate enterprise IAM services.
Partner with teams to integrate identity into modern software delivery practices.
Lead automation and DevOps improvements for IAM platforms.
