Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Associate, Identity Governance Engineering, to design, build and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow) solutions across the enterprise. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable IAM capabilities and secure identities.

The role emphasizes end-to-end lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), RBAC/ABAC modeling, automated provisioning, and ongoing post-go-live support while aligning with SOX,

Qualifications

• Design, implement, and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow) solutions.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management (JML) from Joiner to Leaver.
• Hands-on RBAC and ABAC modeling in enterprise environments.
• Experience provisioning and deprovisioning across applications via REST APIs/SCIM.
• Knowledge of SOX, HIPAA, and NIST controls related to IAM.
• Strong troubleshooting and operational support within SailPoint environments.
• Proficient business English, with excellent communication and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions including connectors, forms, and workflows.
• Support end-to-end identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
• Design and implement RBAC and ABAC models for enterprise access management.
• Configure automated provisioning and deprovisioning across enterprise apps.
• Develop and support REST API, SCIM, and identity integrations.
• Lead discovery sessions, gather requirements, and design workshops with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
• Provide administration and operational support for SailPoint environments.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, HIPAA, and NIST controls in identity governance.
