Job summary

val's services is seeking a senior professional to lead the design and implementation of identity governance solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt.

The role focuses on solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization, with governance standards, documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders to advance identity security initiatives. AI-enabled capabilities and emerging technologies are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years working with SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access controls, and compliance requirements across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders on transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI analytics, workflow automation, and emerging identity security technologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation and solution design for identity governance platforms.
• Develop operational procedures, governance standards, and solution documentation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
