Job summary

ShipMonk is seeking a Senior Manager for Inventory Control and Quality Assurance to lead ICQA across multiple fulfillment centers. You will drive best-in-class inventory control, improve data accuracy, and implement robust quality processes while partnering with local operations and leadership.

The role emphasizes hands-on operations, actionable insights from analytics, and a strong focus on continuous improvement to support ShipMonk's growth and EPCL objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in e-commerce fulfillment operations and inventory management.
• Onsite role at our FCs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and reporting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive best-in-class inventory control and quality across multiple centers.
• Develop and implement inventory control strategies.
• Analyze data and trends to identify improvements.
• Design reports, dashboards, and metrics for stock levels and performance.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership across locations.
• Travel up to 20%.
