Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the ICQA department including Area Managers and staff.
• Own safety actions and ensure compliance with safety goals for ICQA.
• Manage SOX controllership and roster compliance.
• Oversee labor planning accuracy and attendance targets.
• Drive process improvements to support rapid growth and reduce turnover.
