Job summary

DSV is seeking a senior ICQA leader to drive inventory accuracy, quality performance, and operational compliance across its North American Contract Logistics High Tech II vertical.

You will oversee a dispersed ICQA team, standardize processes, and implement dashboards to monitor accuracy, write-offs, and capacity health across multiple sites. Strong WMS know-how and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• 8–10+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations analytics (3PL experience strongly preferred).
• 5+ years in inventory control, quality assurance, or operational excellence leadership.
• Experience managing multi-site distribution networks.
• Proven track record improving inventory accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capability.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Process-oriented with a bias for standardization and scalability.
• Understanding of supply chain KPIs and 3PL cost-to-serve models.
• Strong knowledge of WMS platforms (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, etc.).
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of inventory accuracy, quality performance, and operational compliance across DSV’s NA Contract Logistics, High Tech II vertical.
• Drive inventory integrity, storage health, and quality excellence across a multi-site 3PL footprint.
• Oversee regionally dispersed ICQA resources and influence site operations teams to deliver improvements in accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Establish and maintain quality management systems aligned to customer and operational requirements.
• Implement reporting and dashboards to track inventory accuracy adjustments and write-offs.
• Lead ICQA-driven continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
• Define and monitor storage utilization and capacity health metrics across the network.
