Job summary

ShipMonk, a leading ecommerce fulfillment partner, seeks a Senior Manager to lead Inventory Control and Quality Assurance across multiple fulfillment centers in the United States. You will drive inventory accuracy, data integrity, and operational quality, partnering with local operations and ICQA leadership to uphold best-practice processes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, SQL proficiency, and experience in e-commerce fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment operations or inventory management.
• Onsite role at FCs.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting using SQL/Excel/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local operations and IC leadership to drive best-in-class Inventory Control & Quality Assurance results across multi-site sites.
• Develop and implement inventory control strategies to maintain accuracy and process quality.
• Analyze inventory and quality data to identify improvement opportunities and cost savings.
• Design and generate reports, dashboards and metrics to provide insights into stock levels and performance.
• Utilize inventory management systems and technology to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management and warehouse operations.
