Job summary

ShipMonk is seeking a Sr. Director of CI Program Management for Inventory Management to optimize processes, controls, and system capabilities. You will partner with Operations, CX, and Product Development to drive continuous improvement across cost and service in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

The role requires leading end-to-end initiatives from floor diagnostics to solution design, with strong data analysis, and proficiency with WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Industrial/Manufacturing/Supply Chain or related field.
• 7+ years in Process/Industrial Engineering or Operations Management focusing on Inventory.
• Experience leading Operations transformations or consulting a plus.
• Strong data analysis and process-mapping skills.
• Experience with WMS/ERP and fulfillment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead a roadmap for continuous improvement of Inventory Management across people, processes, and systems.
• Use data to define metrics, analyze loss, and track cost/service impact.
• Collaborate with Operations, CX, Product Development to drive initiatives end-to-end.
• Own and drive Inventory Management initiatives in support of D2C Fulfillment.
