Job summary

Pueo is seeking a Senior Recruiter with 5–8 years of experience to lead full-lifecycle recruiting for technical and cleared positions supporting our IC and DoD contracts.

You will partner directly with program managers, capture teams, and hiring leads to build talent pipelines that support proposal efforts and contract staffing, often under tight deadlines and with strict compliance requirements around clearance verification and citizenship.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of full‑lifecycle recruiting experience, with government/DoD contracts experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for cleared positions (Secret–TS/SCI/Poly) and technical roles (cyber, software, data, systems).
• Knowledge of clearance types, adjudication timelines, and compliance in staffing.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for cleared and technical roles across active and pursuit contracts.
• Translate contract labor categories and SOWs into sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates with active or historical clearances through IC/DoD channels.
• Screen for technical qualifications and clearance status.
• Support proposals by pre-qualifying candidates for bids.
• Maintain compliant candidate data in the ATS, including clearance and investigation dates.
• Build long-term pipelines for hard-to-fill labor categories.
• Advise on market conditions and compensation benchmarks for cleared talent.
• Ensure OFCCP/EEO compliance in recruiting activities.
• Represent the company at cleared job fairs and industry events.
