Job summary

Mc3 Partners is seeking a Senior Intelligence Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting for cleared and technical roles supporting the Intelligence Community and DoD. You will own requisitions end-to-end, partner with program managers, and build durable pipelines across the cleared community.

You will source, screen, and present qualified candidates for roles with security clearances, coordinate with hiring leaders, and guide candidates through interviews and offers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience for cleared/IC placements.
• Experience with federal contracting structures, labor categories, and security clearance processes.
• Proficient in sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels including ATS, LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to advise hiring managers confidently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full portfolio of cleared and technical requisitions across programs from intake to close.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for roles requiring security clearances (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI).
• Partner with program managers, capture teams, and hiring managers to define position requirements and candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines within the cleared community, including passive candidates.
• Guide candidates through interview and offer process, including compensation negotiation and offer management.
• Track and report requisition status, time-to-fill, submission ratios and other recruiting metrics.
• Maintain compliance with OFCCP guidelines and client recruiting protocols.
• Represent the organization at industry events, career fairs, and clearance community functions.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to sourcing strategy and process improvements.

Senior Intelligence Recruiter

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Intelligence Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting for cleared and technical positions supporting the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. This role owns requisitions from intake through offer, partners directly with program managers and hiring leaders, and builds durable talent pipelines across the cleared community. The ideal candidate combines deep fluency in security clearance levels and polygraph requirements with strong sourcing, client management, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full portfolio of cleared and technical requisitions across multiple programs simultaneously, from intake through close
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for roles requiring active security clearances (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, and polygraph where applicable)
• Partner with program managers, capture teams, and hiring managers to build accurate position requirements and calibrated candidate profiles
• Build and maintain long term talent pipelines within the cleared community, including passive candidates
• Guide candidates through the interview and offer process, including compensation negotiation and offer management
• Track and report on requisition status, time to fill, submission ratios, and other recruiting metrics
• Maintain compliance with contract labor category requirements, OFCCP guidelines, and client specific recruiting protocols
• Represent the organization at industry events, career fairs, and clearance community networking functions as needed
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to sourcing strategy and process improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a significant focus on cleared or Intelligence Community placements
• Working knowledge of federal contracting structures, labor categories, and security clearance processes
• Demonstrated ability to source passive, hard to find candidates using a variety of channels (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, niche cleared job boards, community events)
• Strong client facing communication skills and experience acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers
• Ability to manage a high volume, fast paced requisition load independently
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and standard recruiting technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for specific IC agencies or mission areas (signals intelligence, geospatial intelligence, cyber, counterintelligence, etc.)
• Existing network within the cleared talent community
• Experience supporting proposal and capture efforts with recruiting and staffing plans
• Familiarity with RPO or staffing agency operating models
• An active or previously held security clearance is a plus but not required for this role
