Job summary

Gnostech, LLC is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-lifecycle recruiting for DoD and federal programs across multiple states. You will partner with senior leadership, program managers, and the Capture team to identify and place cleared and clearable talent, coordinating with HR and security on eligibility and compliance.

Responsibilities include building candidate pipelines, developing position descriptions, and supporting proposal staffing for complex solicitations while maintaining auditable

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with DoD/federal focus.
• Experience recruiting cleared personnel (SECRET–TS/SCI) and understanding clearance lifecycle.
• Knowledge of government contracting staffing, labor category mapping, and transition-in hiring on awards.
• Strong relationship building and excellent communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-lifecycle recruiting for DoD/federal programs, from intake to onboarding.
• Build pipelines of cleared candidates across engineering, software, cybersecurity, and program management.
• Source across multiple states and sites; tailor sourcing to local markets and access requirements.
• Develop job descriptions with hiring managers; align to contract labor category requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and assist with proposal staffing for captures.
