Job summary

Integrity ISR is seeking a qualified recruiting professional to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent for DoD, IC, Space, Cyber, IT, and corporate operations programs.

The role requires 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong staffing for government contracts, and a robust network in cleared and uncleared roles. Some travel may be required, and you will partner with program leadership to deliver high-quality candidates.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Minimum 2 years recruiting for DoD/IC/government contracting.
• Proven success staffing technical, operational, and professional roles.
• Experience recruiting for security clearances (Secret/TS/TS‑SCI + polygraph).
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for cleared and uncleared positions across DoD, IC, Space, Cyber, IT, and corporate ops.
• Partner with hiring managers and program leaders to plan staffing and pipeline needs.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using networks, events, referrals, and industry platforms.
• Maintain compliant recruiting records and track metrics to inform leadership.
• Represent Integrity ISR at career fairs and industry events.
