Job summary

CenCore Group is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to support government and commercial programs, focusing on cleared roles up to Top Secret/SCI. The role requires 3–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume, government contracting environments.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage ATS pipelines, coordinate clearance processing, and contribute to winning bids with LOI support. The position offers mentorship and growth across DoD/IC contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for DoD/IC programs.
• Knowledge of SCA positions and contract staffing.
• Proficient in ClearanceJobs, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry networks.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting for cleared and uncleared DoD/IC roles.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of cleared candidates.
• Use job boards, databases, social media, and referrals to engage passive talent.
• Partner with program leaders to define staffing requirements and timelines.
• Manage candidate experience from initial contact to offer.
• Coordinate with HR and Security on clearance processing and onboarding.
• Use ATS (UKG or similar) to document activity and generate reports.
• Support proposal recruiting and LOI coordination.
• Mentor junior recruiters when needed.
• Contribute to process improvements and talent marketing.
