Job summary

Grable Services LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior IBM Maximo Analyst for a full-time hybrid role. You will configure, administer, and optimize Maximo environments to support asset management, inventory, and work management.

Day-to-day work includes gathering requirements, designing workflows and integrations, ensuring performance, and providing training and documentation. Experience with cloud or SaaS EAM deployments and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• IBM Maximo configuration, administration, workflow design and module optimization.
• SQL, database management, APIs and web services in on-premise and cloud/SaaS.
• Experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis for EAM/Maximo.
• Reporting and analytics using Maximo reporting tools and BI dashboards.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• Hosting Maximo in cloud or SaaS, performance tuning, security, and disaster recovery is beneficial.
• Experience in government or regulated environments is a plus.
• IBM Maximo related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities
