Job summary

The Building People seeks an experienced IBM Maximo System Administrator to own the EAM platform, including Maximo Asset Management and MAS. You will install, configure, maintain, and tune the Maximo environment, ensuring reliability, security, and availability to support business operations and integrations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure staff to maintain a scalable Maximo solution, manage security, data integrity, and system documentation while

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience administering IBM Maximo Asset Management and/or MAS environments.
• Current IBM certifications related to Maximo (e.g., Maximo Manage, Deployment Professional).
• Experience with installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning of Maximo environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Maximo environments to ensure reliability and performance.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and deployments.
• Monitor system health, logs, and integrations; troubleshoot incidents.
• Maintain SSO, authentication services, and audit logging.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Support data migration, integrity checks, and data governance.
• Coordinate with IBM Support for escalations as needed.
• Develop and maintain technical docs and runbooks.
