Job summary

Grable Services LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior IBM Maximo Analyst for a full-time hybrid role. You will configure, administer, and optimize Maximo environments to support asset management, inventory, and work management.

Qualifications

Role Description

The Senior IBM Maximo Analyst is a full-time, hybrid role based in Orlando, FL, with some flexibility for work from home. This role is responsible for configuring, administering, and optimizing IBM Maximo environments to support asset management, inventory, and work management processes. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing Maximo workflows and integrations, creating and maintaining application configurations, and ensuring system performance and reliability. The analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders to implement enhancements, support upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and provide user training and documentation. The role also involves working with cloud or SaaS-based EAM deployments, contributing to best practices, and supporting data integrity, reporting, and compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong IBM Maximo skills, including configuration, administration, workflow design, and module optimization (e.g., asset, inventory, work management).
• Candidates should possess solid technical skills in SQL, database management, integrations (APIs, web services), and troubleshooting within on-premise and cloud/SaaS environments.
• Candidates should possess experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and translating operational needs into effective EAM/Maximo solutions.
• Candidates should possess skills in reporting and analytics using Maximo reporting tools, dashboards, and related BI solutions.
• Candidates should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with hosting Maximo in cloud or SaaS models, including performance tuning, security, and disaster recovery, is highly beneficial.
• Prior work with government or regulated environments and familiarity with enterprise asset management best practices is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in IBM Maximo or related EAM technologies are preferred.
