Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health seeks an IAM Security App Architect to define the enterprise IAM architecture strategy and target-state. The role focuses on security architecture, collaboration with development and operations, and shaping IAM capabilities aligned with business needs.

The architect will design and review IAM approaches, work with other architects to deliver scalable, compliant solutions, and guide modernization across on‑prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years IAM experience; 8+ years preferred.
• Experience with SailPoint, Okta, Imprivata; CyberArk preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise IAM architecture strategy and target-state for identity and access management.
• Design IAM solutions across business and technology domains including on‑prem and cloud.
• Lead governance models for RBAC, ABAC, privileged access and certification.
