Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an IAM Security Architect to shape the enterprise IAM program with a hands-on approach. You will collaborate with Lead Development, Engineering and Operations to define security architecture and a scalable IAM roadmap.

The role focuses on designing identity governance, access management across on-prem and cloud, and ensuring compliance with security and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IAM experience.
• Experience with SailPoint, Okta, Imprivata and CyberArk preferred.
• Bachelor's/Associate degree or equivalent in IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise IAM architecture strategy and target-state architecture.
• Design IAM solutions across business and technology domains.
• Lead governance models for RBAC and ABAC, and oversee role-based access controls.
