Job summary

KTek Resourcing seeks an IAM Architect to define and lead the enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management strategy. The role involves collaborating closely with various teams to ensure secure and compliant access across on-premises and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Information Security and at least 5 years in IAM architecture. They should be skilled in designing IAM solutions and have in-depth knowledge of IAM concepts and platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Information Security.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in IAM architecture, design, and solution delivery in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of IAM concepts, RBAC/ABAC, least privilege, SoD, and Zero Trust principles.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise IAM architecture and standards.
• Develop and maintain the IAM roadmap aligned with security strategy.
• Design end‑to‑end IAM solutions, including IGA, SSO, MFA, and PAM.
