Yale New Haven Health seeks an Identity and Access Management Architect to lead IAM strategy and architecture across cloud and on-prem environments. You will translate business objectives and risk strategies into secure, scalable IAM solutions, aligning with the enterprise security roadmap.

Responsibilities include designing security governance, evaluating vendor proposals, and delivering defense-in-depth architectures. Strong collaboration with CISO, DTS teams, and executives is essential.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years in technical services within a complex enterprise environment.
Hands-on IAM design, implementation, and governance experience.

Lead the IAM strategy and architecture across cloud and on-prem environments.
Define security requirements and implement controls aligned with business goals.
Evaluate vendor proposals and ensure security protections for deficiencies.
Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps and implementation plans.
