Job summary

Deloitte Global seeks a Senior Manager IAM Architect to define the technical strategy and architecture for Identity and Access Management across the organization. Qualifications

• 10+ years IAM experience with progressive technical leadership.
• Design, deliver, and operate enterprise IAM across cloud and on-prem.
• Deep knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP.
• Hands-on with at least two major IAM technologies (e.g. Entra ID/Azure AD, CyberArk, SailPoint, Ping Identity).
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise IAM architecture, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Lead technical design across authentication, authorization, provisioning, and PAM.
• Coordinate with product owners to ensure scalable, interoperable solutions.
• Drive adoption with technical guidance, diagrams, and mentoring.
• Oversee risk assessments, threat modeling, and incident response.
