Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health seeks a Security Architecture Lead to shape and govern the enterprise application and data architecture. You will drive alignment with business goals, set architecture standards, and guide secure, scalable solutions across IT.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust designs and cost-efficient execution. The role focuses on cloud, microservices, data warehousing, APIs, and DevSecOps within an agile environment, with leadership responsibility and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years proven experience as an Enterprise Architect focusing on applications and data architecture.
TOGAF 9.x, Cloud data certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the enterprise application and data architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
Establish and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
Participate in architecture governance processes to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategic goals.
Design and oversee the implementation of application and data solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
Lead and mentor a team of architects and developers to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
