Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) seeks a Senior Manager, IAM Platform to lead design, implementation, and management of the IAM platform, ensuring secure access to financial systems and data. You'll manage a team of IAM engineers/analysts and align IAM with regulatory requirements (PCI DSS, GDPR, SOX, FFIEC).

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive zero-trust, automation, and continuous platform improvement across hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IAM experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Experience in financial services with regulatory and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM platform strategy, architecture, and roadmap to support business objectives.
• Oversee identity governance, access management, authentication, privileged access, and lifecycle processes.
• Ensure secure, compliant access across enterprise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Provide executive reporting on IAM performance, risks, and strategic priorities.
• Drive automation and modernization of identity governance and platform integrations.
