Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. Manager for the Identity and Access Management Platform to lead design, implementation and operations of the IAM program across financial systems, data, and employee access.

You will report to Cybersecurity leadership and manage a team of IAM engineers and analysts. The role requires 8+ years in IAM with 3+ years in technical leadership, and experience with enterprise IAM tools.

Qualifications

8+ years of IAM experience with 3+ years in technical leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; Master's preferred.
Financial services experience preferred with regulatory knowledge.
Hands-on with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Entra ID/Purview or similar.
Strong knowledge of identity governance, MFA, RBAC, SSO, and zero-trust principles.

Responsibilities

Lead IAM platform strategy, architecture, and roadmap aligned with business and compliance needs.
Oversee IAM operations: governance, access management, authentication, privileged access, lifecycle management.
Drive automation, cloud identity solutions, analytics, and platform integrations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements; manage vendor relationships and governance.
Mentor and develop IAM team members while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
