Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. Manager, Identity and Access Management Platform to lead the design, implementation, and management of our IAM platform.

You will oversee a team of IAM engineers, align IAM strategies with business goals, and ensure secure access to financial systems and customer data across enterprise, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will drive IAM strategy, governance, and automation, partner with cross-functional teams, and report on IAM performance and risks to

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IAM experience with 3+ years in technical leadership or management.
• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Financial services experience preferred with regulatory and security knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise IAM platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Entra ID).
• Strong knowledge of identity governance, RBAC, MFA, PAM, SSO, IAM protocols, and zero-trust architecture.
• Experience securing cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR.
• Experience with IAM automation, scripting, analytics, and security monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM platform strategy, architecture, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and compliance.
• Partner with business, technology, and security teams to integrate IAM across initiatives.
• Provide executive reporting on IAM performance, risks, and priorities.
• Drive continuous platform improvement through automation and innovation.
• Oversee identity governance, access management, authentication, privileged access, and lifecycle processes.
• Ensure secure, compliant access across enterprise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Monitor platform performance, incidents, and key metrics.
