Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a Sr. Manager for the Identity and Access Management Platform to lead design, implementation, and operations of enterprise IAM across on‑prem and cloud environments.

You will manage a team of IAM engineers and analysts, align IAM with PCI DSS, GDPR, SOX, and other regulations, and partner with cross‑functional teams to advance zero‑trust security. The role emphasizes platform strategy, governance, automation, and executive reporting, with a hybrid

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IAM experience with leadership or management exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in financial services regulatory and security requirements.
• Hands-on with enterprise IAM platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping Identity, or Microsoft Entra ID/Purview.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance, RBAC, MFA, PAM, SSO, IAM protocols, and zero‑trust architecture.
• Experience securing cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with security frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and management of the IAM platform to ensure secure access to systems and data.
• Manage IAM engineers and analysts; align IAM strategy with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee platform operations, governance, authentication, privileged access, and lifecycle processes.
• Drive automation, cloud identity solutions, analytics, and integrations to improve security and efficiency.
• Provide executive reporting on IAM performance, risks, and strategic priorities.
