Hyundai Capital America (HCA) seeks a Sr. Manager to lead the Identity and Access Management Platform, directing strategy, architecture, and operations for secure access to financial systems and data.

You will manage IAM engineers, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, SOX, and FFIEC. Responsibilities include platform optimization, automation, risk management, and executive reporting on IAM performance and priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IAM experience with at least 3 years in technical leadership.
• Experience with enterprise IAM platforms and regulatory standards.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM strategy, architecture, and roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Oversee identity governance, access management, and authentication.
• Drive automation and cloud identity solutions across environments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management.
• Mentor and develop IAM teams to foster accountability.
