Job summary

Hyundai Capital America seeks an experienced IAM leader to design, implement, and manage our identity and access management platform. You will lead a team of IAM engineers and analysts, align IAM with business goals, and ensure compliance with financial regulations across on-prem and cloud environments.

The role requires deep expertise in IAM governance, zero-trust architecture, and security standards, with a focus on automation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IAM experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Financial services experience preferred, with knowledge of regulatory and security requirements.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise IAM platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID/Purview, or similar solutions.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance, RBAC, MFA, PAM, SSO, IAM protocols, and zero-trust architecture.
• Experience securing cloud and hybrid environments, including AWS, Azure, and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards, including NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOX, and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM platform strategy, architecture, and roadmap to support business objectives, security requirements, and zero-trust principles.
• Oversee identity governance, access management, authentication, privileged access, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Ensure secure, compliant access across enterprise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Drive IAM automation, cloud identity solutions, analytics, and platform integrations.
• Provide executive reporting on IAM performance, risks, and strategic priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop IAM team members while fostering accountability and collaboration.
