Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Senior Manager, Identity Platform Engineering to shape and scale IAM across hybrid cloud, SaaS, and on-premises environments.

You will lead teams, partner with DevOps and AI initiatives, and drive self-service, least-privilege identity services with policy-based controls.

This role reports to the Sr. Director, Identity & Access Management and emphasizes leadership, innovation, and secure software delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IAM solutions.
• 4 years of people management with direct reports.
• Experience leading IAM, security engineering, platform, cloud, or related teams.
• In-depth knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, policy-based access, and least privilege.
• Familiarity with SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC and identity federation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IAM program and manage multiple teams.
• Design, engineer, and operate enterprise IAM services.
• Collaborate with DevOps and AI teams to automate identity workflows.
• Implement policy-based access controls across hybrid environments.
• Ensure security, regulatory compliance, and scalable identity systems.
