Job summary

Cencora is seeking an experienced professional to lead architecture, design, and implementation of Privileged Access Management programs across enterprise solutions. You will develop governance structures, create documentation, and align PAM initiatives with business and IT strategies.

The role requires 5-7 years of enterprise PAM/IAM leadership, with strong AD and cloud platform knowledge, and hands-on scripting across multiple languages.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of enterprise PAM and IAM project leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Expert knowledge in Privileged Access Management and IAM domains.
• Experience with Active Directory and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of Windows/Linux server architecture.
• Familiarity with API design, RESTful services, and modern app interaction.
• Proficiency in scripting: Shell, Perl, Python, JavaScript, HTML, or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of PAM technologies.
• Create documentation, assist in budgeting and governance.
• Align PAM approaches with business and IT strategies.
• Develop internal controls to ensure governance and security of information assets.
• Translate complex technical solutions into non-technical requirements documents.
