Job summary

Cencora designs, engineers, and enhances enterprise IAM platforms with automation and AI-enabled identity services. You will improve security and user experience across workforce and privileged access environments, partnering with cybersecurity, cloud, and application teams to deliver modern IAM solutions.

The role focuses on scalable IAM platforms, automation of provisioning and governance, and integration with cloud services while advancing Zero Trust initiatives and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in IAM, platform engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on IAM automation using scripting, APIs, workflows or IaC.
• Experience with enterprise IAM platforms (SailPoint, Okta, etc.).
• Skills in PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, Terraform and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, JWT.
• Experience with IAM governance, PAM, SSO, MFA.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and maintains enterprise IAM platforms at scale.
• Develops automation for identity lifecycle, access reviews, and provisioning.
• Creates API-driven integrations and identity orchestration workflows.
• Applies AI-enabled capabilities to improve governance and efficiency.
• Analyzes identity telemetry and logs to identify risks and optimize service delivery.
• Collaborates across security, cloud, and application teams on SSO, MFA, PAM, and IAM patterns.
