Job summary

Cencora, based in Carrollton, TX, seeks an experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) architect to lead enterprise PAM/IAM initiatives and drive secure digital modernization. You will design architectures, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to align security with business aims.

Responsibilities include defining standards, guiding implementation, and ensuring governance, risk management, and compliance across cloud and on‑prem environments.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of enterprise PAM/IAM leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Expert knowledge in Privileged Access Management and IAM.
• Understanding of Active Directory.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Understanding of Windows/Linux server architecture.
• Familiar with RESTful APIs and modern application patterns.
• Ability to script with PowerShell, Python, or Shell.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of PAM technologies and standards for enterprise solutions.
• Create documentation, assist in budget planning, and contribute to PAM strategy and risk practices.
• Improve PAM approaches aligned with evolving business needs and IT strategies.
• Develop internal controls to ensure governance and information asset quality.
• Communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
