Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Principal IAM Architect to drive enterprise identity strategy, standards, and technology roadmaps. You will shape IAM programs across cloud, on-prem, and partner ecosystems, enabling secure access for workforce, customers, and third parties.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business leaders to deliver scalable, compliant identity solutions and governance, advancing our Zero Trust initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years in Identity and Access Management or security architecture.
• Experience implementing enterprise IAM across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Deep expertise in IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, federation, directory services, and access governance.
• Knowledge of modern authentication standards (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, JWT, FIDO2).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise lead architect for IAM across the organization.
• Define and maintain the IAM architecture roadmap, standards, and reference designs.
• Design scalable identity solutions aligned with security and business needs.
• Lead decisions on IAM governance, PAM, SSO, MFA, and identity federation.
• Establish enterprise identity standards for cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
• Mentor IAM engineers and drive architectural governance.
