Job summary

Cencora is seeking a senior IAM Architect to lead architecture, automation, and modernization across enterprise IAM platforms. You will shape identity governance, access management, and zero-trust implementations, driving AI-enabled automation and scalable identity services.

You will partner with security, cloud, and application teams to deliver automated identity controls, threat detection, and policy-driven governance in a hybrid cloud environment.

Qualifications

• IAM architecture design and automation strategy experience.
• APIs, scripting, workflow orchestration, or automation platforms.
• Hands-on with SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Entra ID, Ping Identity, CyberArk, ForgeRock, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and evolution of enterprise IAM platforms for workforce, privileged, third‑party, and customer identities.
• Architect and deliver automation for identity lifecycle, access provisioning, and deprovisioning.
• Develop API-driven integrations and identity orchestration workflows with IaC capabilities.
