Job summary

Cencora is seeking an experienced IAM Architect to lead the architecture, automation, and modernization of enterprise IAM platforms across hybrid cloud and SaaS environments. You will drive AI-enabled capabilities, intelligent automation, and identity orchestration to strengthen security and scalability.

The role requires designing advanced IAM architectures, integrating automation workflows, and mentoring teams on modern identity patterns while aligning with strategic security goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6+ years of IAM, platform engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience designing and deploying IAM automation solutions.
• Hands-on with SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Entra ID, Ping Identity, CyberArk, ForgeRock.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategic design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise IAM platforms.
• Architects and delivers automation to streamline identity lifecycle and access controls.
• Designs API-driven integrations and IaC capabilities to improve scalability.
• Evaluates AI capabilities within IAM to enable intelligent access & anomaly detection.
• Partners with security, cloud, and application teams to embed automated controls.
• Leads self-service identity solutions while maintaining governance.
