Cencora, based in Carrollton, TX, seeks a Principal IAM Architect to define the strategic direction for Identity and Access Management across the enterprise, establishing architecture standards and roadmaps. You’ll collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud engineering, and business teams to design scalable, secure identity solutions that enable secure workforce, partner, and customer access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of IAM or cybersecurity architecture experience.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise IAM across cloud/hybrid.
• Deep expertise in IAM technologies: IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, federation, directories.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IAM architecture roadmap and standards.
• Design scalable identity solutions aligned to business and regulatory needs.
• Drive identity modernization and Zero Trust initiatives.
• Lead architecture reviews and governance for IAM programs.
• Mentor IAM engineers and architects.
• Evaluate technologies and vendor options to improve security and performance.
