Job summary

Cencora seeks a senior IAM leader to direct the enterprise Identity and Access Management program. You will shape strategy, governance, and operational execution, guiding adoption of modern identity principles—Zero Trust, automation, and cloud-based services—to secure critical systems and enable scalable growth.

This role partners with executives, security, and engineering teams to drive secure, frictionless access and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in IAM, security operations, or infrastructure.
• Experience implementing and managing enterprise IAM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Directs strategy, governance, and execution of enterprise IAM program.
• Develops IAM roadmaps to support digital transformation and cloud adoption.
• Oversees identity governance, RBAC, PAM, authentication services, and lifecycle management.
• Establishes policies for provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and privileged accounts.
• Leads collaboration with business and technology teams to integrate identity controls into systems.
• Manages enterprise authentication services including SSO and MFA.
