Job summary

Cencora is seeking a skilled IAM engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise IAM platforms with strong automation and AI-enabled capabilities. You will drive provisioning workflows, access governance, and secure authentication across cloud and on-prem environments.

The role collaborates with security, cloud, and app teams to enable SSO, MFA, and zero-trust initiatives while continuously improving user experiences and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in CS/IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in IAM, platform engineering, or related technical fields.
• Hands-on IAM automation using APIs, scripting, or IaC.
• Experience with SailPoint, Okta, Entra ID, CyberArk, or similar IAM platforms.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, Terraform, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, and JWT.

Responsibilities

• Designs and maintains enterprise IAM platforms with emphasis on automation.
• Develops automation for provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and PAM onboarding.
• Creates API-driven integrations and identity orchestration workflows.
• Applies AI-driven capabilities to improve identity governance and threat detection.
• Collaborates with security, cloud, and application teams to enable SSO and MFA.
• Validates upgrades and security controls in dev/test before production.
