Job summary

Deloitte seeks an AVP to lead IAM managed services delivery across IGA, PAM, Access Management, and Directory Services. You will own outcomes for blended teams, drive governance, reporting, incident response, and financial performance for a large client portfolio.

You will enable automation, tooling modernization, and apply identity-management best practices across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments, while expanding accounts and guiding renewals and RFPs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IAM experience including leadership in managed services or IT operations.
• Experience implementing or operating one or more IAM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IAM managed services delivery across IAM stack.
• Own service outcomes for blended onshore and offshore teams, including SLAs and KPIs.
• Serve as primary delivery relationship owner for accounts; govern, report, respond to incidents, mitigate risks, manage finances.
