Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber Operate team seeks an Associate Vice President to lead delivery of Identity and Access Management managed services for a large, complex client portfolio. You will own outcomes across IGA, PAM, Access Management, and Directory Services, guiding blended onshore and offshore teams and aligning with SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.

The role emphasizes automation, service improvement, account expansion, and renewals, while mentoring managers and engineers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Identity and Access Management experience, including 5+ years in a managed services or IT operations leadership role.
• Experience implementing or operating one or more identity platforms, including SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta, Ping Identity, or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Bachelor's degree as specified in the education section.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on client engagement.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM managed services across the full IAM stack.
• Own service outcomes for blended onshore and offshore delivery teams with SLAs and KPIs.
• Serve as primary delivery relationship owner for accounts; governance, reporting, incident response, and financials.
• Drive service improvement through automation and tooling modernization.
• Lead account expansion, renewals, RFP/RFI activities, including scoping and pricing.
• Mentor managers, leads, and engineers with career guidance and performance coaching.
