Qualifications

• 10+ years of IAM experience, including 5+ years in managed services or IT operations leadership.
• Experience implementing or operating one or more identity platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta, Ping Identity, or Microsoft Entra ID).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information security, mathematics, decision sciences, risk management, or engineering.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM managed services across IAM stack (IGA, PAM, Access Management, Directory Services).
• Own service outcomes for blended onshore and offshore delivery teams, including SLAs, KPIs, quality, staffing, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as primary delivery relationship owner for accounts; lead governance, status reporting, incident response, risk mitigation, and financial performance.
• Drive service improvement through automation, tooling modernization, and identity-management best practices across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
• Lead account expansion, renewals, RFPs/RFIs, including solution scoping, staffing, delivery approaches, and pricing.
• Mentor managers, leads, and engineers through career guidance and performance management.
