• 10+ years of IAM experience with 5+ years in leadership for managed services.
• Experience implementing or operating identity platforms (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in a tech or risk-related field and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IAM managed services across IAM stack components.
• Own service outcomes for blended onshore/offshore delivery teams and KPIs.
• Serve as primary delivery relationship owner for accounts; governance and budgeting.
• Drive automation and tooling modernization to improve identity practices.
• Lead account expansion, renewals, and proposal activities with pricing input.
• Mentor managers, leads and engineers with career guidance.
