Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber Operate team leads IAM managed services engagements for a large, complex portfolio, delivering skilled talent, proven processes, and scalable identity solutions across IGA, PAM, SSO/MFA, and Directory Services.

As AVP, you will own delivery outcomes across IGA, PAM, SSO/MFA, and Directory Services, guiding growth, automation, and renewals while mentoring teams of 30+ professionals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Identity and Access Management with leadership in managed services.
• Experience implementing or operating IAM platforms (listed) across environments.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; willingness to travel about 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IAM managed services delivery across IAM stack.
• Own service outcomes for blended onshore/offshore delivery teams.
• Lead executive governance, status reporting, incident response, and financials.
• Drive automation and modernization across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises.
• Lead account expansion, renewals, and RFP/RFI activities.
• Mentor managers, leads, and engineers.
