Job summary

Deloitte Global seeks an accomplished Senior IAM Architect to define and drive the enterprise IAM strategy across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments. You will partner with senior leadership to align identity governance, authentication, and authorization with business goals, while mentoring architects and engineers.

You will lead designs for MFA, SSO, RBAC/ABAC, and identity provisioning, and coordinate with product owners to ensure scalable, secure solutions that balance usability and risk.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IAM experience with leadership roles in a large environment.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise IAM across cloud and on-prem.
• Deep knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, SCIM and IAM architectures.
• Hands-on with Entra ID/Azure AD, Microsoft AD, CyberArk, SailPoint, Ping Identity.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise IAM architecture, strategy, patterns, and roadmaps.
• Engage with executive leadership; translate goals into IAM requirements.
• Design and implement authentication/authorization solutions (MFA, SSO, RBAC/ABAC).
• Champion IAM tool innovation and balance security, privacy, and usability.
• Architect secure integrations between IAM platforms and apps, cloud services, and CI/CD.
• Oversee risk assessments, threat modeling, and remediation with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead post‑incident root‑cause analysis and remediation for identity incidents.
• Create technical guidance, diagrams, and executive briefings; mentor staff.
• Prioritize roadmap items with business leadership; measure security outcomes.
