Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management leader to guide enterprise IAM modernization. You will shape future-state access controls, SoD, entitlement governance, and role engineering while aligning governance with risk, compliance, and business needs.

The role focuses on analytics-driven decision making, automation, and scalable operating models across human and non-human identities, with cloud IAM experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IAM, Cybersecurity, Access Management, or closely related experience.
• Experience leading IAM and access-control transformations in large environments.
• Ability to translate IAM strategy into scalable, measurable governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IAM transformation from current-state to future-state design and implementation.
• Define enterprise access controls, SoD, entitlement governance, and role engineering.
• Modernize SoD design, controls, and exception management.
• Advance RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, and JIT access models.
• Establish standards for role engineering, entitlement taxonomy, and access-model design.
• Drive governance across human and non-human identities and privileged accounts.
