Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced IAM and Cloud Security leader to modernize access control across on-premises and cloud environments. You will drive RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, and SoD programs while reducing risk and enabling scalable entitlement management.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Architecture, Engineering, Cloud Security, and business lines to implement enterprise-wide access models and governance in a complex financial services setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IAM, Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, or Access Management experience.
• Experience implementing SoD, RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, JIT, Runtime, and cloud access control frameworks in large financial services.
• Experience designing data analytics solutions using Python, R, SQL and industry tools.
• Strong background in Cloud Permissions, Entitlement Analytics across AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience with IAM modernization initiatives and cloud-native access models.

Responsibilities

• Define, operationalize, and modernize enterprise access control across traditional and cloud environments.
• Drive adoption of RBAC/ABAC/PBAC/SOD and cloud entitlement management practices.
• Improve access profiling, role quality, and permission analytics across platforms.
• Lead complex cloud access initiatives across AWS, Azure, GCP and SaaS.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Cloud Security, IAM Service Catalogue, and LOB stakeholders.
• Translate technical access control concepts into actionable business outcomes for leadership.
